Scaffolding/BMU
There are two types of scaffolding we use in our practice: supported scaffolding and suspended platform or cradle. Unlike supported, suspended scaffolding allows window-washing platforms to be suspended from rails or tracks atop a building roof, and to move up or down at the discretion of the operator.
This allows us to clean large glass curtain walls, also known as building facade, which is fixed and requires more complex exterior access. Supported scaffolds consist of one or more platforms supported by outrigger beams, brackets, poles, legs, uprights, posts, frames, or similar rigid support.
Aerial lifts
For job sites that are not reachable from our rope descent system, a boom lift is necessary to provide safe, easy access to the facade of your building. Boom lift window cleaning service can be performed any time of the day or night based on our client’s preferences.

Rope Access
Rope descending system is a safe and efficient technique where the technicians work their way down using ropes. It allows our technicians to safely descend tall buildings and clean the most inaccessible windows. All of our high-rise technicians are trained and experienced in the use of rope descent system. Scissor lifts
Window cleaning service performed from a scissor lift is similar to the service performed from a boom lift, however there are some distinctions you need to take into consideration before scheduling the service.
A scissor lift aerial work platform is smaller and much lighter than a boom lift, thus it can be used for interior cleaning of large spaces as well as exterior cleaning of low-rise buildings or ground floor windows. Because the scissor lift is lighter it is best to use it where sidewalks have only about 3 inches of concrete to avoid damages.
Water fed pole
A water fed pole is a long extendable pole with a brush head. Inside the pole a pump system dispenses purified water on demand. The water and the brush are all that are needed to clean dust, dirt, leaves, pollen and other things from exterior windows.
Then the windows are left to naturally dry, it allow window cleaners to safely clean exterior windows at heights up to 7 stories. This technology eliminates the use of ladders, lifts, and scaffolding in the field. Potential accidents and inconveniences for your customer are reduced exponentially because staff members are working from the ground.
